Terms of Service of Single Games Arena

1. Purpose of the Application

Single Games Arena is a platform of individual games, such as 2048, 2048 Chrono, and other games developed directly by the Developer. The Application allows users to save personal scores and organize competitions, always without chat or messaging features.

2. Registration and Access

To use the Application, you must register with a Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft account. Your profile information is used to identify you and save your scores.

The Application is available to anyone, with no specific minimum age, although since it may include third-party advertising, use is recommended from age 13 onwards.

3. Rules of Use

• Do not use the Application for illegal purposes or to harass, defame, or annoy other users.
• Do not manipulate scores through cheats, bots, or unauthorized means.
• Do not create competitions with offensive, illegal, or copyright-infringing names.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account and associated data.

4. Intellectual Property

All games and content of the Application are the exclusive property of the Developer.

Competition names created by users remain the responsibility of the creator. The Developer is not responsible for any copyright infringements or unlawful use of such names.

The user grants the Developer a non-exclusive, free license to use the competition names created for promotion and communication purposes, without disclosing personal user data.

5. Personal Data and Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is regulated in the separate Privacy Policy, which the user must read and accept.

6. Liability and Limitations

The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The Developer shall not be liable for technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.
